To confirm your stay at Beit Al Noor Palace, the following conditions apply:

• Booking between 0 and 15 days before arrival: Payment of 100 % of the total amount of the stay is required at the time of confirmation.
• For bookings made between 30 and 90 days prior to arrival: A deposit of 50 % is required upon booking. The balance must be paid 7 days prior to the arrival date.
• For bookings made more than 90 days prior to arrival: A deposit of 30 % is required at the time of booking. The balance will be due 7 days prior to arrival.

Any bank charges related to international transfers remain the responsibility of the sender.

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date.
• 50 % of the total amount of the stay will be charged for any cancellation made between 30 and 15 days before arrival.
• 100 % of the total amount of the stay will be charged for any cancellation made less than 15 days before arrival.
• In case of no-show or early departure, the entire reserved stay will be charged.

For all private bookings of the Palace, as well as for stays between December 20th and January 5th:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50 % of the total amount (taxes included) is required at the time of booking.
• The balance must be paid 90 days before arrival and is also non-refundable.

The tourist tax and the tourist promotion tax are extra and payable on site, in accordance with current Moroccan regulations.
